Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing → Cancel plan. When you cancel:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- You retain access to all features until the period ends.
- After the period ends, your account reverts to the Free plan.
- Your data (decisions, conversations, plans) is preserved on the Free plan, but you cannot create new decisions beyond the Free limit.
Refunds — monthly plans
- Within 7 days of purchase: Full refund, no questions asked. Email support@nexbree.com with your account email.
- After 7 days: No refund for the current month. Cancel to prevent future charges.
Refunds — annual plans
- Within 14 days of purchase: Full refund.
- After 14 days: Prorated refund for unused full months remaining. Calculated as: (months remaining / 12) × annual price paid.
Plan changes
- Upgrades: Take effect immediately. You are charged the prorated difference for the remainder of the current billing period.
- Downgrades: Take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refund for the current period.
Free trial
Pro and higher plans include a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, no charge is made. If you do not cancel, your card is charged at the plan rate on day 15.
Enterprise plans
Enterprise plans are governed by individual contracts. Refund and cancellation terms are specified in your enterprise agreement. Contact enterprise@nexbree.com for details.
How to request a refund
- Email support@nexbree.com with subject "Refund request"
- Include your account email and reason for refund
- We'll process the refund within 5-7 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Disputes
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact support@nexbree.com before filing a dispute with your bank. We resolve billing issues within 48 hours.
