You may not use Nexbree to
- Generate harmful content: Content that promotes violence, harassment, discrimination, self-harm, illegal activities, or exploitation of minors.
- Provide regulated advice: Use AI outputs as legal, medical, financial, or tax advice without appropriate professional review.

Rate limits and fair use
Each plan includes defined usage limits (decisions per month, API calls, NexGuard rules). Automated or programmatic access must stay within published rate limits. Excessive usage that degrades the Service for other users may result in throttling or suspension.
Content standards
Content you submit to Nexbree (decisions, conversations, documents) must not contain child exploitation material, malware or malicious code, personally identifiable information of others without consent, or content that violates export control regulations.
Reporting violations
Report AUP violations to abuse@nexbree.com. We investigate all reports and take appropriate action, which may include content removal, account suspension, or law enforcement referral.
Enforcement
We reserve the right to investigate and take action against any use that violates this AUP, including temporary suspension for investigation (with notice), permanent termination for severe or repeated violations, and reporting to law enforcement where legally required. We will provide notice before enforcement action where possible, except in cases of imminent harm or legal obligation.
